Senior FDE Sprint — 6 weeks
For senior engineers. The compressed FDE conversion.
A 6-week intensive for engineers who have already shipped serious production code. Skips Phase 1's codebase-reading ramp and goes straight to LLM engineering, eval-driven development, production design, client-facing work, and a full simulated engagement. Same rigor as the long program; assumes the foundation is already there.

Harness Engineering - 2 weeks
Models are commodities. Harnesses are the product.
A two-week intensive on agent harnesses - the orchestration, tools, memory, observability, and evals that wrap a model into a working product. Built from Phil Schmid on why harnesses are the 2026 locus of competition, LangChain on harness anatomy, Anthropic and OpenAI on context engineering and tool use, and Walking Labs' Awesome Harness Engineering as the connective map. One lesson per day, fourteen lessons total. Assumes you have already shipped a basic agent or RAG system and want to harden the surrounding harness.

Communication Essentials - 2 hours
Seven talks that change how senior engineers speak, listen, and lead.
A focused two-hour course built on seven canonical TED talks. Each lesson pairs one talk with a tight written companion and a four-question check. The course closes with a four-week practice plan you fill in for yourself. Designed for FDEs and senior engineers who spend half their day in client conversations, design reviews, written updates, and discovery calls. Finish in one sitting or one lesson per day for a week.
New cohorts start every six weeks. The platform is self-paced - you move as fast as your evidence (capstones, quizzes) supports.
